Brake light switch for mounting above the pedal arm of Alfa Romeo 156. Coming from a 156 sedan built in 1999 with 1.9 JTD turbo diesel engine. The switch controls the switching on of the brake lights as soon as the pedal is pressed. If your 156 has a brake light failure, there is a good chance that it is due to this switch. The switch has been properly disassembled. This switch has a two-pole connection with a white plug (unlike the gasoline version which has a black plug)
